Hey all, Not sure where to being with this is a 4 unit I am looking to improve/do an exterior rehab on this spring.  Would appreciate any tips/advice!  Been doing a lot of digging through Pinterest, rehab pages to get an idea but not stuck on where to begin.  Thanks!

Hey all, after a property stand up and rehab last week, I find myself with tons of receipts.  This hasn't really been an issue before since I was only working on one project at a time.  Any tips/tricks or app recommendations to track these?  Thanks!!!
