@Russell Brazil - so far so good. One tenant my need a payment plan but we sort of expected it based on his situation. Just doing our best to over communicate.

@Kirk R. - agree with this. At least for amounts that wouldn’t crush you if you lost.

@Scott Mac - thanks for sharing. Easy to get down when everyone is saying you should be. Stay focused and stick to good habits. We will come out of this stronger.

@Jeb Shookman - my guess would be it’s in direct correlation with how long the federal governments allows banks to defer payments on behalf of their land lords. Aka if the fed allows land lords to not pay for 3 months, I’d imagine tenants will have this same “right” as a trickle down effect.

@Cliff T. - I applied for the SBA loan and messaged my lender to see what their options were M&T bank. They sent back a message talking about difficult times for owners but it wasn’t clear about their deferments. I will be calling tomorrow and likely sitting on hold for a few hours. Fun!
