Hi @Eddie Aiello....@Joe Abughazaleh is correct, you can get NOD list from title companies here pretty easy and for FREE. Generally I use other companies that provide the service because you more easily tailor the type criteria you are looking for. If you need a title connection...just let me know. I would be happy to refer you to one or two.

Most have been for flipping purposed but there are a few that do buy & hold (often with creative finance here). Generally the lead generations strategies are the same for both. @Ryan Evans...Vegas is "sexy" for a lot of people. But I have no problem in telling someone to focus in another market depending on their investment model & goals they're trying to achieve.
