Quote from @Jenna Chen:
Hey everyone! My name is Jenna, and I’m a new real estate investor based in Atlanta. My goal is to achieve financial freedom through house hacking and long-term rental properties. Right now, I’m looking to buy my first duplex, live in one unit, and rent out the other to offset my mortgage. I’m especially interested in value-add opportunities where I can renovate and increase equity.
I’m here to learn from experienced investors, connect with like-minded people, and share my journey along the way. If anyone has tips on house hacking, financing strategies, or DIY-friendly renovation loans, I’d love to hear your insights! Looking forward to being part of this community!
Welcome to BP! @Jenna Chen

@Chris Lee keep us posted. This area of real estate interests me, curious to know the route you chose and why when the time comes. My focus right now is my commercial developments but working towards building my portfolio next year.
@Stephen David Smith Jr. Do you guys work with developers buying land?

@Phil Capron Congrats on the new project! Agreed with @Steven Gesis. Have you spoken to any site contractors in the area or even outside of the area? As Jay said the Civil engineer should/can provide preliminary cost estimates.
I do site/land development in Florida; I am happy to be a resource for you.

@Nichole Kinard Sounds like a cool project! This type of project is a future goal of mine. I agree with Cory, a few trails would be a cool attraction.
If you have any land development/Site development type questions, feel free to reach out! I'd be happy to help and follow along this project with you.
