@Phil Capron Congrats on the new project! Agreed with @Steven Gesis. Have you spoken to any site contractors in the area or even outside of the area? As Jay said the Civil engineer should/can provide preliminary cost estimates.

@Nichole Kinard Sounds like a cool project! This type of project is a future goal of mine. I agree with Cory, a few trails would be a cool attraction.
