I agree with @Account Closed .  Need more info to differentiate between the options.   If there is no info available and/or the person is not willing to explain clearly, then be very cautious.

Be cautious anyway though, $1mm could be one sfh in my area.

Hi @Einat Menashe , I'd be happy to share my experience in the city.  I am surprised to be the first reply to this thread as Huntsville usually gets a lot more action than this.  Have you made your first purchase already?

@Jack B.

Go hard or go (single-family) home.  Just joking, couldn't resist.

Since you can afford four apartments, why not try one first and see how it fits?

Big mahalo @Melanie Johnston for sharing your insights into the Phoenix market with our group.  Your knowledge and experience in the market was evident from the outset and attendees had great things to say about your presentation. I'm glad to hear that you've connected with several people individually and we are fortunate to have you as a resource in AZ.  Please enjoy the rest of your stay in the islands and we look forward to having you back in the future.

Aloha,

Kiley

@Michael Balducci

Welcome back!  BP is definitely a good place to get you up and running again.  My partners and I are active in the area and I would be happy to connect and trade notes.  Huntsville is booming.

Best,

Kiley
