I'm looking for suggestions on the best BRRRR resources when starting out. I've read through a number of posts on Bigger Pockets to get the basics of the principle of BRRRR, but I'd like to dig deeper. I'd like to learn more about analyzing deals, financing and refinancing options, pitfalls and tips. A book or something similar would be ideal. Thanks.

Some nice value spots in Scottsdale, in outskirts of Old Town. Also, in certain areas of Mesa.
