Hello investors!
Doing a little searching to find out who else here on BP is in the St. Louis market. I moved down here early this spring for the sole purpose of investing. I am 21 and recently received my real estate license. My main goal for moving down here was to start flipping houses and keep acquiring rental property. I am up to 4 units and hope to buy 3 more by the end of the year.
LET ME HELP YOU OUT! I am doing this full time. But it doesn't keep me busy 24/7. I would be more than willing to drive for dollars, stick out bandit signs, or whatever else you can think of. Let me be your boots on the ground! I am just trying to learn as much as possible about this business and would love to connect with you. Call/text/email me!

Hello everyone,
I am a young investor in the St. Louis area. I am doing this full time but have down time that I would like to use to help others and further my education. If anyone could use help with their real estate business, let's connect. I could drive for dollars for you, place bandit signs, view properties for you, or whatever else you can think of. I am really looking to learn as much as possible about this business and don't mind doing the work that the more experienced don't like to do!
Lets connect!

My question is... is it legal to post something like the following on a bandit sign. "WILL PAY $500 FOR EVERY VACANT HOUSE YOU FIND ME AND I BUY" I am located in the St. Louis area.

I hope someday I can meet both Brandon and Josh and thank them for all the work they have put into this website and it's many other facets. If only they knew how much listening to their podcasts and spending time on their website does for me. Not only is it very informational, it is very motivational.
Being only 21 without a very big business yet, I find a lot of my time spent working on my own projects putting sweat equity into them. I am currently working on a duplex in the St. Louis area and have been listening to the BP podcast from episode 1 to the most current. Cant thank you guys enough. Happy investing all!

I am pretty sure Brandon and Josh have done a podcast on this. Maybe someone else remembers which one it was.
