As your city inspector for a list of condemned properties and then call the list of people. I just did this and first person I called was interested in selling

It's not all about what you know, but who you know. Surround yourself with knowledgeable people in your market. Attend your local REI meetings and even see if you can shadow or be mentored by someone. I have found that my biggest motivation comes from seeing others doing it.

Hello all!
Anyone have any input on best web design companies to go with? I am looking into Godaddy.com, Wix.com, and Web.com currently. Any input on your experience would be greatly appreciated.
Happy Investing!

Earlier this winter I joined a local REI club in St. Louis which convinced me I needed to move here. After looking all winter, I finally submitted and had an accepted offer on a duplex. I put a lot of sweat equity into my side of the duplex but have finally made the move completely. I am starting to do a video blog for something to look back on and keep me motivated. Thank @Rob Beland! I guess after disclosing I am licensed, I just need to assure the person it is for my own personal use and I am not looking for a listing.
