Yes we use Ownerrez to do this. It’s a PMS and allows you to build a direct booking site. Also operates largely as a CRM.

Ownerrez is more cost effective, but also same problem - can't call them. Although, I will say they are fast on email and have online resources that are easy to follow.

I have seen you give this recommendation many times. What, specifically, are you recommending? The home page advertises a podcast. I'm interested to learn how the site/services might be helpful to me or my clients. Thanks!
It's Ryan Bakke, my accountant. He overalled my entire tax situation from day one. He does consultations, but I believe they are paid. I share the link because he has a ton of free resources and knows his stuff.

Sounds like you're out on conventional due to their underwriting requirements. All my DSCR lenders are basically starting at 20% down these days, some up to 30%. You'll have to get clever with down payment or what you're buying. Possibly look at a fix and flip loan. It depends what market you're buying in if that will work or not.

There are companies dedicated to unwinding people from timeshares. I owned one a long time ago and did make money while I held it and when I sold it…but I’m pretty clever LOL. I do not recommend it.

They seems like a low split to me. Do a survey of what companies offer in your area and then pick the best one.

Narrow down on your preferred market and get an agent who is also an investor. They can show you the ropes and help with projections.

Ownerrez and Beyond Pricing. Ownerrez is a low price point but large learning curve.
