Good luck....then when the buyers come in and see everything updated but the kitchen cabinets.... I would think twice on this one.

I would lose the stone - it looks dated

That means nothing - I've seen $1M houses in Chicago with golden oak all over and black granite from 2003. RE is regional and so are values. Natural Maple is outdated in every market though

selling a $315K flip with 10year old painted cabinets....I don't think its a wise move people expect new kitchens at that ARV. You spend a few thousand to paint when you could replace them for a few thousand more on top of that.
It's not flipping houses 10 years ago people now expect brand new

Finishes look ok but kitchens look awful tight on counter space and I see no dishwashers.
