Most of us use an Alarm - Simplisafe or equivalent
Not off hand but I looked and being licensed in Elmwood Park just means paying a fee and showing proof of insurance. Extremely common and easy process

I left after Pitbull.
I enjoyed his talk. The others - I gained absolutely zero new knowledge.
I wish I would have stuck around for Tony but I just couldn't sit through it any longer it was like watching paint dry.

I like to pepper in my own subs on each project to keep the numbers honest.
Plus some of these guys I've known for years so it's good not to lose relationships with the subs when a GC takes over
