Wow! this house came in a little more than I thought it would.

Here is a link to the house listing if anyone wanted to see it  http://150089692.homesconnect.com/Listing/14756990...

I think this one was a total investment of $85k and that includes purchase, materials, labor, electric, water, holding costs etc. and is listed for $184,900

The listing price is still being determined based off the nearby comps. The area does not have a lot to compare with close by but would guess it will list for around $139k-159k I would think this one will be right in the middle possibly.

@Charlie DiLisio @Bryan Wesley

The deck is actually level. It must be an illusion. As you can see in the picture there is a level laying on the deck that was used by our guys.

Here is a new deck we built at a flip house to cover an eye sore of an old broken up concrete patio / walkway.

Quick easy way to solve a problem! It doesn't always work out in our favor like this!

@Nik S. We stay pretty busy with investors and have hardly any time for our own properties / projects.

I would be lucky to get 4-6 completed of my own, all year! On top of work for investors too! Busy busy.

I am entertaining the idea of expanding our company to handle even more work so I am able to focus on our own properties a little more.

Our family has been in the industry for well over four generations and counting.

This is a pretty nice home in a well kept neighborhood. It is apr. 2600+/- sq ft 5 bedroom 2 bath rambler with a daylight basement.

I will be adding a video of the before and the after and maybe some of the process of this project.

Here are a couple pictures of the current beautiful kitchen.......

Soon to be demoed and remodeled to a newer, more modern and functional kitchen.
