Sorry It took a minute to get back with you. m learning the site and I'm a little behind the learning curve I guess. BUT I SHALL PERSAVER . even If I cant spell!!! Anyway my boss says its got to be a minimum of 1 million 5 units and up. And new construction is good at 5 million better at 10 million. Cant believe Im typing this with a straight face. I know it seems like a lot of money and it is but in order for us to go out of state it has to make sense and under those number don't work out for our investors. However that doesnt mean we shouldnt keep in touch in case something comes down the road. I would love to be able to help fund one of your projects. So please keep us in mind and on speed dial or message or whatever its called, and Ill be here waiting..... Hopefully we can help each other make some dreams come true. Hoping to hear from you really soon
