Well from the pics i wouldnt call it a whole gut job or at least my definition of a gut job most of it has sheetrock already patch it up scrape off old texture and re texture whole house. Here where im at i rehabbed two of them that kind of looked like that 1200 sf- 1500 plumbing, central ac, upgrade breaker box ,floating floor on most of the house on one i spent 20k and the other one close to 30k used a couple of handymen

yeah its not really comparable to other units but its going to be our primary residence and we think it would look nice. Its going to be glued down engineered wood or maybe 6x36 interceramic wood grain tile . Wont be able to post pics anytime soon David S because im still in the demo stage its going to be a big rehab personal house caught fire june 23

I was 21 married and soon to be dad payed 21k for a 3-1-1 borrowed 16k from parents and i paid the rest cash fixed it up moved in and got a home equity loan out bought another house. I still have it it rents for 775 or 800

Me and my wife cant decide on going with diagonal vs straight wood floor. We have a 2600 sf home and we are thinking on going with wood thru out house except bathrooms. I personally have never seen a diagonal wood floor in person so im just trying to get some opinions from someone that has thanks..
