Hi @Alex Walker and welcome to BP.  Wow 19 and already looking at getting into RE (real estate) good on ya! What ever you do keep steering towards RE learning all you can from books, podcasts, webinars, and the forums. Everything you can think of in RE is here. Pick a certain niche you may be interested in and go all out! Study that inside side and out by all means possible and then most importantly (TAKE ACTION). It can and will be scary on your first deal as you will doubt yourself if you did everything perfect (not going to happen) but learn and continue. The most successful RE people I guarantee have made their fair share of mistakes, but have learned from it and continued on to be successful. So go ahead and shoot for the stars. You will get there if you don't stop trying!!! Good luck

Hi @Frank Mourad and welcome to BP. You have definately come to the right place with all of us here seeking one thing (Real Estate). There are many ways to do this and many different ways to invest in. Pick a niche and go all out in that sector. Try not being a jack of all trades as this will get you no where fast. Hope to see you around in the forums and good luck to you.

@Sam Ferguson good on ya for starting out young. Have you tried friends or family? Or maybe helping another investor and seeing if you can partner maybe with them?

@Levi T. nice get. Persistence and you shall find. Like Jessica stated if once you finish your rehab it would be great to see the aftermath. Always inspirational.

Paul Thompson has come a long ways and knows what he is talking about. He used soooo many different ideas that you need to listen to this podcast more than once to catch it all. Very informational and you will get a lot out of this as did I. Thanks

Hi @Ellen O'Neill and welcome to BP. Don't let that you are a girl and young stop you. Go for your dreams! You can work on your own or see if you can find a good investor and help/join with them and grow. Don't sit back as most people do and wait till tomorrow, or the next day, or next month, or next year, etc. Learn and go for it. You only live life once you might as well live it the way you want to. Good luck to you
