Hi @Victoria J. and thanks for posting.  There are no dumb questions and if someone thinks it's a dumb question is irrelevant. If you don't know something then obviously it can not be a dumb question as you are only trying to educate yourself. This is exactly why many people fail in life (or should I say) not give there best effort for fear of failure. But this is the only way one can learn. Of course one can minimize some failure from learning from others, but remember the most successful people have made the most mistakes. So don't ever put yourself down like this. Go for what you want and you shall find it. Good luck

Hi @Alberto Izarraraz and welcome to BP. You have come to the right place. Everything you need to know about RE is all here from books, forums, podcasts, and webinars. Educate yourself as much as possible and before you know it you will be out of the rat race.  Good luck to you

Hi @Emilio Garibaldi Jr. I agree with @Colleen F. in that if it's in the lease then you must follow lease terms. This time it's this and what about another issue. Remember to operate like a business you are.

Hi @Manpreet Kaur. Let me first say welcome to BP. Let me recommend a book I just read which was VERY helpful and easily readable. Well let me say I didn't read it because I purchased the audio version and listened to the book. Anyways, I live outside of US and am obviously an long distance investor. This book will give you knowledgable insite to investing long distance. CA is not easy to cash flow hence long distance investing. Turnkeys are easier especially if you are new to investing. Most turnkeys you should cash flow, but long term appreciation is hard to come by. Good luck to you

@Faysal Alam Hi and welcome to BP. This is great that you are starting so young. I wish I would have done what you are doing. Good on you. So since you don't have a ton of income and have your parents to care of.  Continue to educate yourself as well as put any money aside you can. Try and gather more income with maybe something your good at that you can do on the side. Never stop learning or pushing forward. You will get there and good luck to you.

@Brandon Turner Hi and thanks for much for the video/lesson. It has been very helpful with my operations that I can't begin thank you enough. Thanks and have a Wonderful Day.
