welcome to BP. That's awesome. I too wanted to start investing in RE at 18, but joined the military at put RE on the back burner. I wish now I hadn't, but can't go back in time. So my advise to you is don't stop! Learn as much as you can (you'll never know everything, no one does) there is something ALWAYS to learn and more than anything get started. Whether it be with a mentor, learning, podcast, webinars, put it to use. In other words learn and then APPLY and DO IT!! You'll thank yourself later. You will make mistakes everyone does, but don't let that stop you. If you want it go out and do it! Good Luck

Hi Adam and welcome to BP. You have definitely found the right place for help and increasing your knowledge here on BP. There are so many ways to connect and learn here on BP for example forums, blogs, webinars, podcast, etc.
It looks like you have a good head on your shoulders and great goals for your future. Don't look back just learn, continue to learn, and then learn some more. You can never know enough about real estate. Good Luck!!!
