@Jeremy H. I’m thinking of hiring them for a property that I close on tomorrow. Did you ever receive feedback or use them?

Has anyone used 855 Managers for Property Management? Good or bad experience? I’m thinking of using them for a property that I’m closing on tomorrow.

@John Teachout We’ve seen the property twice within the last few weeks. Not sure of anything was stolen at this point.

I am a long distance Investor that paid $10k and deposited $3k earnest money for a property in Flint, MI. The sellers have been a real headache and uncooperative in the closing process. In the meantime, the property manager checked on the property and advised the door had been kicked in. Should we forfeit or move forward with purchase since we’re unsure of condition at this point? The home was appraised at $43k before repairs which appeared to be cosmetic.

I recently purchased a rental in an undesirable area. I have identified a property manager, but how should I go about securing the property while we rehab?
