Thank you Travis Daggett and Kyle B.! Yeah, I've heard of these two, direct mail and craigslist! :D I've also heard of bandit signs! I've read that hand writing is best, red ink, yellow letters, hand stamped, and card envelopes as opposed to #10 letter. :D So, is this it then! :D LOL!

If you could see that remodel thread with all the pics! Oh! It is SUCH a great job they did, and you probably want to ask that guy for some more advice on the process! I mean, they did an OUTSTANDING job!! :) I'll try to find it.. lol!

Quick question: Say a home was schedule to be sold at auction, Does that necessarily mean that it WAS sold? or can it still be available? In other words, what happens when a bank, or county, puts up a house for auction and it doesn't go?
