bank you Rick, Steve and David! I do plan in heading down to the. Outhouse to use their computer and pull cases, but I think I have to know at least names first? I can't know that if I can't even tell what's a probate or not.. Lol!! I think I will give no. 7's a shot though and see if get lead anywhere.. And I'll definitely take your advice as well David! Ok! Thanks Sharon! I'm getting closer and closer @Sharon Vornholt ! lol! I think Ga may have different laws.. I have the county paper from Tuesday in front of me, I see:

1. notice of sale under power (TONS!)

2. Notice to debtors and creditors

3. Notice of Public Sales

4. Public Sales

5. Foreclosure notices

6. Delinquent Property Tax Sale

7. Petition for letters of administration notice

and 1 other notice for a list of family members of a deceased to file an "objection" to a petition. If not objection is filed, the petition will be granted without a hearing..

Does any of this make sense, or look like what you all get each month from your newspaper probates?

Ok! Thank you @Rick H. , I'm beginning to understand.. So, do people APPLY for this? I thought they had to be appointed to be executor or administrator? no? I see a whole lot of petitions to be appointed? :/

@Steve Babiak and @Sharon Vornholt , :) Can I ask your expertise here? I have done a search at the site you found, Steve! I'm not exactly sure, looking at these legal documents, WHICH are actual probates? I see some "Petition to be appointed administrator" listings? I also see "DECEASED PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION NOTICE" and petitions for "TEMPORARY LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP ESTATE" ... ok, I officially have no idea what I'm looking for!!! LOL! :D Can anyone help me out here?
