Hi all! I'm still here, although a bit quiet and learning in the trenches! I had a question! Ive been seeing quite a few homes for sale in say the 50's with just a few hundred down that would make great rental properties! Since I have no desire to rent, is there a way for me to get these deals to landlords and still benefit? Is there a way to contract this so that it can be some form of a wholesale deal? Just curious! Thanks all! :D

Ok! Sharon Vornholt, I finally got through this process. I called last week and the guy wasn't much help. He set up my account and sent me on my way! This time, I got an awesome young lady who helped through the entire process, and I was able to go in and refine the search with the criteria you gave me. I now have 727 leads in this search, this is what I did:

- 4 counties
- Absentee Owned
- min. 3 bedrooms
- SFR
- 50% to 100% equity
- $50,000 to $100,000 Last sale price
- Exclude Trustees and Corporate
- Mailing address complete

Did I miss anything?? :D

ok, Chris F., Thank You!! So I can go to my agent and say, "Hey, I am going to be starting some Investing. Many of the leads I get from marketing for the properties I'm looking for, will be dead leads for me. Would you be willing to allow me associate MLS access in exchange for these dead leads?" Does that sound right?? :D

I don't know why i'm so nervous about buying a listsource list, Sharon Vornholt.. but I am :/ In doing research, people have used so many different sets of criteria! {head spinning}

{sigh} ahhh, you stretch me! :/ I'll try this.. I don't know that the agents are as friendly here! But I'll try! :)
