Thanks Josh Rogan! Yes, I gave them a call and it is a site that lists public access info... not true open MLS.. :)

So, this site claims they give free and open access to MLS so you can search just like an agent.. Can't be true, right? anyone see the fine print? what says you?

There are days when you'll have a light-bulb moment, a feeling of {{SIGH} "Hey! I'm finally starting to feel this!" :) Just wait for it! wait for it.. and don't stop reading and learning until you get it!

You CAN do it! Just keep telling yourself that! Never ask why you can't!! Never! Always, ask "HOW can I?" Remember, there is no "TRY".. there is DO or DO NOT! Hi all, came across a vacant property the other day, with a legal document attached to the house.. Turns out it was an Application for Inspection Warrant, and whoever's name was on the document had to be in court on Jan 31st to defend it. Anyone have ANY idea what this means?
