Excellent, Lynn Currie!!! Thanks again!

Hmm, wow! That is awesome, Lynn Currie! I may actually look into that! We have SOOO much paper.. Do you back up all these documents in some non-virtual format? One concern would be the web crashing one day and losing your whole life! LOL! Is everything small enough that it can all be backed up on CD or DVD? Thanks again! Awesome info.!

Dropbox has been the most important tool in keeping me organized. It allows me access all my files at all times and enables my business partner and I to easily share everything. I have basically developed an electronic filing system and use Dropbox to ensure I have what I need when I am at work, home, traveling, vacation, or anywhere else.

Another bonus is the ease of sharing specific documents or folders with someone else (CPA, lender, etc) if needed. Best of all, its free (up until a certain data limit which I do not remember anymore but I haven't reached it even after storing my property pictures on there).

James Vermillion, yes, it seems you are not alone! I'm installing that today and putting all my files in place! That one has come up a lot on the threads, for all the reasons you've stated! Thank you!! :)

Found one last night called iTopAgentHD, can't believe i have't read about that one here on BiggerPockets! keeps track of all your buyer contact info, properties, resources, and lets you link them all as necessary. It's not free, but $15 bucks is not bad compared to other customer databases I've seen!

Hi all! As I begin accumulating information, forms, contacts, etc.. I would love to know from fellow wholesalers how they keep themselves organized? Any tips to organize all the paper? What about Iphone apps? (databases, contact management, real estate specific?) What are your favorites that help keep you organize AND help you do your job smarter?

Thanks all!
