I'm looking to connect with large investment buyers in Indiana. Specifically, buyers who have done at least 50+ transactions within the past year. The buyers don't necessarily need to be physically located within Indiana, but those who are looking to purchase either single family flips or rentals within the state.

What part of Laguna Hills (just a rough area)? This really interests me as I am in that area quite a bit (los alisos blvd). I would love to drive by and check out the neighborhood. 

Orange County is tough but right over the mountain the market seems to be getting good.

I was inactive for quite a while, but now I'm back. I'm interested in ways to finance rental property in the central Indiana area. Any tips on small business loans? I'd like to meet more real estate investors in the central Indiana area.

Interested in understanding the section 8 tenant pool and your experience either managing or renting to sectionn 8 tenants. Are you able to get higher rent with section 8? Have you found tenants keep good care of your property and stay longer? Is section 8 a viable option for Indianapolis? Feel free to DM if you are willing to connect and dicuss in more detail.
