Hello!

I'm a real estate broker in Indianapolis and many of our property management clients have also found this guide very helpful for beginning to learn the Indianapolis area.

The guide was authored by a Midwest investor, Sterling White.  He updated this version about a year ago.

https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

Please reach out to me if you have an interest in investing in the Central Indiana/Indianapolis area. I have 20 years experience as a RE Broker and also work with PMI Indianapolis Property Management. So we have the whole package to suit your needs.

**Please know that this is a "Guide"**

There will be pocket areas in all Indianapolis areas that may not correlate with the Guide.

All areas will have properties that are inferior or superior to what is shown on the map.

So as always, you will want to rely on a trusted, local, real estate or property management specialist for specific questions.  And/or trust your own research!

Hello Bhushan

I'm a real estate Broker in Indianapolis with 20 years experience. I'm investor friendly and closed about 75 properties last year.  With about half of them being off-market---and also some traditional deals.

PMI Indianapolis has a full team to cover every aspect of a deal. I can also put you in contact with our pm team and contractors so you can interview them.

I'd say that about 90% of my clients do not live here.  So I'm used to being the Boots-On-The-Ground for my clients.

Let me know how I can help

Pam

I would have no problem getting the rent on the 5th. Nor would I consider that "late". That's pretty good in the scheme of things in the tenant world :-)

Hi Kayla. Welcome to Indy!

I specialize in working with investors, and I also find clients a good house hack.  I've worked with investment properties for 20 years and I would be glad to show you around Indy sometime.

I closed over 75 properties last year and I just joined BiggerPockets.  So I'm a new member to this site---but not new to investment RE!!
