To echo what @Aaron K. said, $500 doesn't seem normal, let alone the $1500. I'd get that checked out.

Hey @Robert D., sorry to hear about your grass. My first guess is that it's dead from lack of water, but it sounds like that's maybe not the case. My second guess is that it's some sort of fungus or insect. The article I attached below might be helpful - it has a pretty big list of what could cause issues with grass, and how to figure out which one you're dealing with. Hope this helps!

Hey @Karoline Kaon, I don't have a ton of experience with portable dishwashers specifically, but I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the strike plate (the place where the latch inserts). Can you describe with a little more detail what's happening when it's not latching? Have you considered replacing the strike plate as well?

We use Innago, and love it! I would say it is most similar to Cozy out of your list of software options. Biggest difference is I don't think Cozy offers online lease and document signing, and Innago also transfers funds quite a bit faster (only a one day hold, and no charges to expedite).

This is awesome, and I love that the property is 90% self-sufficient! What types of systems do you have in place to reach that level of self sufficiency? Also, when you say self-sufficient, are you referring to the electricity only?

Hey @Justin DAlessandro, while I don't have the kind of space to build a decent home gym right now, I have been doing a lot of research on how to work with the space I do have. So I don't have personal experience with your exact situation, but these are some articles on home gym flooring (specifically related to noise reduction) that could be useful. Hope this helps, and maybe someone else on BP will have some personal experience they can share as well!
