I want to second @Ali Boone comments. We handle a large number of turnkey investments in the Metro Detroit area which falls inline of her pricing recommendation. Our investors are looking for the best cost/rent/risk ratio for their money and as she said unless your very familiar with the market your dealing in a much different risk profile at 30K vs 60K.
