Hi @Scott Scharl,
This is very straight forward to do in Globiflow. You would use the Get Referenced option to pull the data from the other apps and then use the create PDF option. If you get stuck let me know and I can connect you with my lead programmer who can talk you through it.

We have a great boots on the ground and property management team based in Clinton Township that handles the Metro Detroit area. We would love to assist with your needs.
We have bought and sold over 200 SFR properties in the Metro Detroit area and would agree with many of the comments left so far. When you are looking to invest in this area feom out of state, it really boils down to finding a great boots-on-the-ground team with property management. They are going to be your eyes and ears to protect your asset. Also, if getting into rentals, keep in mind your not just buying a property - your inheriting the tenant.
Metro Detroit has great opportunities, but it varies block to block - house to house. We focus on the area, because we grew up there and for SFR it offers a great purchase/rent ratio. My best advice is don't be scared off by the Detroit haters, but be sure to do your due diligence.

When investing in the Metro Detroit area there are some great opportunities, but your going to want to look closer than certain zip codes as it can change block to block - house to house. Unless you really learn the areas, you will want to find someone who you can trust and has intimate knowledge of the area.

Hi @Patti L.,
Just to follow up on @Major Robertson comments. Podio is the very popular for investors, because it can be adjusted to match your existing business processes and scale as your business does. It was a bit easier and less expensive to get into Podio before they purchased Globiflow, since you did not have to purchase the higher level or Podio to get the automation most need. Now it is all one for new users and requires a much larger monthly dollar commitment than before.
If you get into Podio you will also want to use Zapier, because then you can do about anything you want with Podio. For example you could have Zapier take every contact you add to you Google contacts and create them in Podio.
We are big fans of Podio and have a whole tech team who handles this for our investors, so if we can help just let us know.

You would typically handle this either with Globiflow or the Managed Workflows feature in Podio. It may be you do not have that ability based on your Podio package level. Just for your reference Podio bought Globiflow and merged them together, so you new users can not purchase Globiflow directly anymore. The issue for single or smaller size investors is Podio only offers this feature in it's larger packages. A work around could be done using Zapier, but not the cleanest way of doing it.

I hear you, but keep in mind Globiflow and Podio is one now. Hard for us older Podio users to think of it that way, but to new users it is all part of Podio.
I agree with all your points if you look at Podio as a standalone product. We prefer to think of Podio more as a central database framework and a piece of a bigger solution that when used in combination with Globiflow and Zapier it creates a perfect platform for us. That three piece combination also helps overcome many of the limitations you have pointed out with Podio alone.
No question Podio is challenging for many users because of the cost to get the Globiflow features and the need to be or have a programmer, but for someone who really wants to build a CRM exact to their business processes it's flexibility can't be beat.
For those who prefer a more defined CRM my only suggestion would be to go with a CRM that has an open API and even better already listed in Zapier. This is going to make things really sing when you want to perform third party integrations such as Twilio, Sky Broadcast, GetResponse/Aweber, etc into your CRM.
Always great to talk to a fellow REI interested in tech and looking forward to following your reviews as you test other platforms.

Hi @Alden Simpson,
I have a great tech guy that is expert at Podio, Globiflow, Zapier, etc. He set up our system and we can do everything from text messaging, voicemail message drops, email drip campaigns, pull in Zillow comps, google maps, auto generate contracts with online signature capabilities, etc. He does this service for all of our investors and I am always willing to share him with other BP investors. If you are interested let me know.
