You quoted a scripture based on a gross misunderstanding of it and also what the simple matters of this thread are about.
You say that all we have is hearsay, but you also claim to be speaking the truth on the subject. How do you have truth when you claim that everything is hearsay?
You say the old lady fears of being out in the cold? How do you know? Did you get this from a second hand conversation? YOU ARE MAKING ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT HER FEARS!!
You claim that I make assumptions when you are the party responsible for the largest assumptions and misunderstandings in the entire thread.
I quoted the OP and what he disclosed about his discussion with the seller, (THAT IS NOT HEARSAY). That is from the OP.
I base my assumptions without due diligence? Rather than running my mouth like you and looking like an idiot, I researched the facts about SSI and provided evidence to support why this seller does not want to disclose this transaction.

There are some good points being made here. But remember that the OP is trying to build a brand and market presence. This isn't a pest control company with a phone number to call for an appointment.
Aaron wants people to become familiar with his brand and what he does. He wants a market presence.
@Aaron Yates I like the new design. I think the call us today is fine. The idea is that people can more easily remember ckiproperties than a telephone number and they will visit your site, better understand if they think you can help them, and make the call if necessary. People can better remember company names and logos than phone numbers. Good job, keep building your brand.

A fear of being left in the cold? So she loses her SSI benefits because she sells a property and receives a large sum of money? Yeah sounds like she will be out in the cold!!! I'm sure she will have a hard time making ends meet when she receives the proceeds from this sale..
You shouldn't quote scripture as obviously you are clueless as to its applicability in this situation.
The only proof we have is what the OP has told us, that the seller would like cash funds so as to not lose her SSI. How hard is that for you to comprehend?

Concealing this transaction by attempting to use cash funds and skirt the system so that the seller can keep their SSI benefits would be FRAUD!!!

Get a translator. We both live in areas that abound with Spanish speakers, many of whom also speak English.
You can probably find some at your local Auto insurance businesses. Lots of insurance agents hire spanish speaking staff to take advantage of the large clientel whom only speak Spanish.

But to follow up on Jason's comment, they can only get this information during the proceedings of a lawsuit, they can not arbitrarily seek and obtain this info as Jason implies.

They can get that information. I think they call it "discovery" or some clause as such. It may be different in each state but I would safely assume they will eventually gain access to it.

I would say yes unless you can identify the potential for a high-risk liability.
In other words, is your risk exposure greater than the average investor? Do your tenants raise pit bull dogs? Do they have large parties on the weekend and perform fire dancing in the backyard?

@Bill Briscoe from my understanding, lawyers and judges will consider your net-worth when filing suits and making judgments.
Thus you want insurance coverage sufficient to cover your assets. Someone who has a net worth of $200,000 probably doesn't need a $5,000,000 umbrella policy, (unless they are engaged in high-risk practices).
However a person with a $10,000,000 net-worth has a higher chance of being sued and having judgments awarded against his assets and it would be in his interest to obtain coverage equal to or greater than his net-worth. .
