@Jay Hinrichs have you flown into Nervino? The runway at Sierraville is also pretty interesting. I'm hoping to get my pilots license in the next year or so. I love it up there, absolutely gorgeous. My favorite bar in the world is on Lower Sardine, stunning location and fun old school camp vibe.

@Mike Bolen Thanks Mike, I'm hoping this will take off. Have you done any flipping in Saint Helena? They're going like gangbusters right now up here. It crazy seeing how everything seems to just be creeping up, some really gorgeous work. I be in touch if this really gets going.

It's about 40 minutes north of Truckee, in a town called Blairsden. Great little sierra town that's at the entrance to the Lakes Basin recreation area. We've got two little cabins right in the town. I'm working on doing an ADU up in Saint Helena, my mother has a house there and we'd like to rent it out while using the ADU. My family does construction, making it one of the few cost effective LTR things we can swing here.

I'm going to gauge the timing by what I hear on this thread. I'm committing to doing this in May, probably around the midpoint. Hopefully we'll get to meet soon.

What areas of real estate are you interested in @Bryan S. ?

Hello everybody!

I've been kicking about organizing a meetup here in the beautiful Napa Valley, and have decided that I should just go for it. I'd love to get a group together to network and swap stories, maybe a bit of goal setting and accountability partnering. I am just getting into real estate, currently working on a vacation rental project in Tahoe area and ADUs in Napa.

I'm thinking of switching it up and doing this Saturday morning, say 10-11/11:30, so folks could come up and then go out and enjoy all that the valley has to offer (wine, food, culture).

I'd love to hear if anyone is interested. Let's do this!

@Aaron Forness how did this work out for you? I grew up in Angwin, its a weird microcosm in the Napa Valley. Was this out in La Hota?

@Jentry Meza are you guys still doing meetups in the East Bay? I had seen David's events in the past but haven't been able to find info on anything upcoming.

I'm just not devoting enough time to getting everything rolling. I've figured out that I want to do medium to large multifamily, but I've got to figure out where. I will be honest in that I also would like to establish relationships with experienced investors, but haven't pursued that in a meaningful way.
