@Jose Gonzalez We use an insurance broker to bid out our properties, they saved us some money and we are building a relationship with someone.  The relationship is key because it saves money in the long run and simplifies our process by knowing who to contact and they understand our business.  Let me know if you are interested

@Curt Bixel I my rental propertiers on craigslist, zillow and facebook.  Over the summer, I listed one of my franklinton properties for $1700 (3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 1800sqft)  and got it rented for that amount via craigslist.

I second COIN metup.  Have you heard about the facebook group cream.  Highly recommend them as well for local columbus investor community.
