@Devan Mcclish - what are the details about that.  We  (my wife @Elizabeth Wilson and I)  will be driving over from Memphis on Sunday and look forward to connecting with as many other investors as we can!

@Lucia Rushton - Just noticed that you also will be attending the BP Conference next week!  Let's make a plan to meet up then.  We will be getting in Sunday evening.  We don't have tix to the official networking event so working on making other plans.

Hi!  My wife will be coming with me but not attending the conference.  She was wondering if there might be other wives who would be interested in meeting up for lunch or something?  (though I'm sure she is secretly hoping to start a support group for wives married to entrepreneurs and investors! :)

Hey fellow investors! Just seeing if anyone in the Austin area is up for coffee/breakfast networking time on Oct 3.  I'm driving their for a lunch event so free all morning.

Not selling anything - just looking to connect with other investors (or future investors) and see how we can help each other out!

I've been investing in Memphis full-time for 7 years (flipped/assigned 19 SFH in 2019 and just bought my first parking lot!) so can chat lots about the local REI market, using self-directed IRAs and housing in general.

I travel through Texas quite a bit so if you aren't available tomorrow, comment or message me so I can' let you know the next time I pass through.

Hey fellow investors!  I'm heading to Dallas and Austin for some work events and would love to meet up and chat with other investors in the area.  Not selling anything; just always eager to network (and having a beer or coffee with others is much more fun than alone!)

I have a lunch meeting on Wednesday, Oct 2 but otherwise free until I leave for Austin that evening.
