@Travis Hewlett, @Stuart Bartwicki, @Vincent A. -
Look forward to meeting you all!
Would 5:30pm Thursday work? (Or some other time, we are super flexible). We are staying near pearce estate park so maybe near there or downtown. Open to suggestions. We won't have a car so I guess we can Uber anywhere.
Just let us know! See you in a few days!

140 Countrywood Rd Covington TN 38019
A great fix and flip opportunity in Covington TN! . Our realtor in Tipton County says this house should sell above the 240k mark! It needs about 40k in work on the high side, maybe less if you manage it well. This is a 3500 sq ft 4 bed 2.5 bath home. It needs a little of everything as the photos will show. Looking for cash offer today: 150K Link to photos: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/2/folders/1xWE4iaKTNXdsXJ0jdKa0Cj1vDZ_bn4vk

Jeff, Yes it was. Management stepped in and worked their butts off to make it right though. I will say in the end they did their absolute very best for me they could given the situation. It could have all been avoided, but hey...it is what it is. I would say this, if John lewis is your rep, run. If Missie Rosenberry is handing any of your communication: Run. Hell might freeze over before they get their shoe laces tied. As for John DellaBella and Matthew Neisser- they worked tirelessly to get it done after the others failed. I can't appreciate their commitment to finishing what they started enough. They really did the right thing and would have come through. In the end, the property didn't appraise for what we needed it to (*absolutely not their fault or problem*) and we couldn't get the deal done, but it was NOT for their lack of trying. I might say I'd give them a shot now. Also, I have no problem giving out the names of the reps that were originally supposed to be helping me. I'm on no smear campaign, but when you've done it wrong and it affects people, business, and incomes, folks need to know.

Run from lending one. It was a very bad experience for me that could have been easily avoided if they had any professionalism and commitment to doing what they advertise they do. But that isn't the case. At least not for the two people I dealt with. Your luck may be better and you are not assigned to the jokers I dealt with, but it would not be worth the gamble for me.

Jeff,
Lending One just blew it for me on a deal like this. It was probably the worst communication and follow through I have ever seen. Tragic. Because it cost me a ton of money due to their incompetence. I'd run and find someone else. It was really really bad.
