Hi @Thomas J. Witt can you elaborate more on the analysis paralysis aspect? is the lack of a proper contract keeping you from making calls and getting started? Also, I highly doubt anyone will just reach out to you to teach you unless they have their own agenda. The best way to meet other wholesalers is to attend many networking events, calls and such so you get more exposure and build meaningful connections. 

Sell that one and buy two properties is what i would do.
