Go on rental listing sites and see what others in your area are charging for pets. For the parking, I know facebook market typically has a bunch of listings. Comparing around should help you come up with a number.

@Zoey Buttino The concept of wholesaling is easy. However, doing it is a different story and is not a get rich quick type of business. I encourage you to get cleat on your goals and align them with a vehicle that can help you achieve them. If in fact wholesaling is that vehicle, focus on giving it your best and learning from others. Lastly, you will fail A LOT! but over time you can succeed if you correct the mistakes and do not give up.

Post: Will becoming a part-time real estate agent help my investing?

Hey @Kyle Hey, This is a great question for this forum.

I got my real estate license and was a part time agent. If you plan on becoming a lot more active and doing at least 2 transactions per year, then I do think it makes sense financially. From a connections stand-point, I think by networking you can build great relationships without the RE license. Lastly, please be advised being a real estate agent is a GRIND and given you already have a w-2 job, it can take away the time you would otherwise dedicate to your family.

Hi @Ahzem Baldwin-Henry, @Jonathan Greene runs a great networking community and in person meet-ups out of Montclair. I have been attending for years and just being around Jonathan and the investors that attend is a great way to learn and get a better understanding of the path you want to follow.

A good lender can certainly help you find the right option to finance your next property. What type of loan product did you use for the condo purchase?

@Djenald Richard that's correct. Make sure the comps are in your immediate area and the characteristics are as similar as possible to your home.
