@Omar Ynoa I highly suggest that you connect with a local market expert that can give you more info specifically to Newark. Lastly, I would suggest that you attend local meet-ups and walk around Newark so you familiarize yourself with the areas you're looking to purchase. @Darcy Reynolds is a great resource, she's a local realtor, I highly recommend her. 

@Thomas Corey, I would call up the construction department and ask them. The only response that matters is the one from them. 

I am curious to see the success ratio of ringless voicemail. I personally get annoyed when I get them and do not even listen.
