It's a numbers game, eventually you will get meetings. 

I would suggest you go door-knocking which can be very effective

Definitely run rent comps so you can have a clear understanding of where your rents are in relationship to the market. If your rent is aligned with the market, I highly doubt your tenants will leave because they're going to see the reality. Moving requires additional expenses for them and money upfront for deposits and even commissions.

Hi @Caniaah Jones, welcome to Bigger Pockets. Easier said than done but be patient and understanding this is not meant to be easy, if it was, everyone would have large portfolios. With that said, focus on drafting a plan to achieve your goal and work on that plan every single day. With consistency you will get there.
