Hi!
Does anyone know if there is a file on the fileplace or a blog article for example, that is a checklist for things to look when you are on a showing for an unit you are considering purchasing? I'm currently looking to purchase an apartment torent out and therefore attending a lot of open houses, and I thoght i'd be pretty neat to have a paper with me and a pen like I could easily just check a lot of critical things - like a checklist I could just follow?
Thanks!

Hi!
Name is Simen Gundersen, located in Oslo, Norway. Spanking new to RE, but learning something new each day. Short term goal is to have one rental property by 14.11.17 - defintely looking to get somewhat of a passive income stream.
Already posted a bit on BP, and consuming the podcats like crazy. Currently watching "a begginers introduction to RE", so currently just trying to surround myself with as much RE as possible.
Full time IT-consultant, aswell as I own a few side-hustles that generate some money each month.
Curious to hear if anyone here either do RE business in Oslo/Norway, or even better live in Oslo and do it? ^^
Thank you!!

Hey @Morgan Nilsen and thanks for comment!
Awesome that you have 2 apt. in Tønsberg. May I ask how much those rent out and what kind of cashflow they generate? And do you live in Norway? :) If not, how do you manage the properties?
Yeah, I'm very cautious about trying to look at worst case cashflows and worst case expenses...
Worth mentioning is that it's a really long shot if I manage to get the property, but really happy I posted here to get so much good feedback.
I'm defintely interested in talking more since you have some knowledge about RE in Norway, thanks! Sending you a PM. :)

Hei @Nathan Miller and thanks for your comment.
I agree, looking at it as 5 sep units is better.
If I end up acquiring, and thats a big if, I will try without staging first.
