Thank you for your suggestions.
Yes, it is a Basement Wall.
Drywall wall and stud rotted and mold on the stud due to water damage.
Yes, I checked stud is not rotten above and I will using PT for bottom plates.
I do not know about “Jerk” never done this job before.

Solve some questions first to determine best fix.

Why did you cut out drywall?  Broken pipe? Occasional flood of lowland?

How do you know their is no rot above?  Why not jerk rest off to make new match easier and faster?

Put ground contact green treated if replacing bottom plate.  Jerk top off and replace using blue studs full length.
I would use roxel  insulation if any chance of moisture again

How do you know the wall left of this one isn’t same shape?

Or framed all different if that is in a basement

I will be installing the insulation if use sistering Stud then I won’t be able to install the insulation without squeezing/cutting insulation. This is the reason I don’t want to use sistering Stud. Is there any metal plate etc I can use to replace 3 feet rotted stud ?

I have to replace the stud’s base wood too.

Thank you for your help.

Yes, I’m thinking of metal stud.
How and what system did you install French drain exterior or interior etc.
Thanks

Hi @Sai T. we had a similar problem happen a while back and water got in everywhere. We were able to fix the water issue, but had to replace a lot of dry wall and studs. I would recommend using metal studs as well, as they are more rot resistant. This is what we used, and havent seen any problems since.

Water seeps I’m from windows well. I’m fixing water issue from outside.

Can I use pressure treated 2x4 for base of the stud frame. You can see in the pic it’s rooted due to water.

Thank you
