Hello @Ed Rosenberg  our company has recently sold a 58 unit, and a 32 unit apartment complex. We also have a 22 unit apartment complex listed for sale right now that might meet your buying criteria. If you would like I would be happy to visit with you when you are in town and discuss with you our experience with multifamilies in Memphis. The owner of our company just bought within the last year a 120 unit, a 60 unit and a 40 unit apartment complexes. Which our in-house property management company manages along with 1750 units in total.

Last Wednesday was a great turnout in Memphis Coffee with Investors! 7/18/2018

**NOTE Event is Every Wednesday Morning for eternity or until they kick us out of the coffee shop**

Every Single Wednesday Morning at 7:30 am - 8:30 am. Me or my partners at will be meeting up at this coffee shop to talk about real estate investing. From beginner to veteran investor you are welcome to come and chat real estate with us. This is a great time to network with other investors: wholesalers, agents, apartment investors, rehabbers, handy-men, turnkey providers, beginners, buy-n-hold investors, local, out of state, you name it all these types of people attend out coffee meetings. 

Real estate is about creating relationships! Networking with other investors can take your business to the next level! Are you just starting out? Hello @Allison Nog If the land is really cheap in Memphis it is probably in an area where it would not make sense to build meaning the cost of building would be more that what you could sell the house for. Not saying you cannot build in Memphis we have built 150 homes over the past few years you would just really need to know the areas you are looking to build in. 

Never heard anything like this happen on Rootstock before. We have sold a couple properties with them and everything went well besides it was a lengthy onboarding process to get it listed. They are a fairly new company and I am sure are experiencing growing pains and still figuring out their systems and processes.

Thanks @Steve O'Keefe ya I heard from someone that place is good. 

I noticed that I just changed the time to 12:30-2:00 pm really all the sessions are come and go as you please really casual just talking with people over food. Open conversation. We just want to meet other investors interested in Memphis and our company. We can answer any questions they have and we would love to get to know the other investors and what they are looking to accomplish and how we can best work together.
