  • Access to secret Facebook group so that we can all be in communication and support each other.
  • Access to Stephen and Jason to support you with any how-to questions and to help you get past any roadblocks that come up.
  • This group is limited to 12 People MAX to ensure everyone gets personalized time

Here is YOUR Commitment

  • 100% Attendance at all meetings are required
  • Must be ON TIME at all meeting and ready to go at the agreed upon time
    • If you show up late there will be a consequence to pay.
  • Every member must be willing to make 3 commitments at every meeting
  • Every member must be willing to be INSPECTED on their Goals and Commitments

I am in the market every day.   So I analyze based on Condition, Repairs, Location, and CASH FLOW.  I do not bank on appreciation at all, but if it comes I will take it.  The rental market here is VERY Strong.   I am getting my units rented quickly.  I have also noticed that the prices have been ticking up.  I also like the fact that the eviction process is pretty fair and streamlined should you need to use it.

I think that trenton is a great market for cash flow.   Definately a market to consider.   I have buy and hold in trenton myself.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Just curious why NJ?   Also Trenton has a lot of inexpensive cash flow properties you may want to consider purchasing with your SDIRA
