Yes, this is possible but a little help to make this strategy a success would be best if your unfamiliar with it. I recommend Michael and Elizabeth Chang, Robuilt, and TJ Tijani, as they have all done rental arbitrage which is what you're asking about.

We paid too much for ours to hand it out. I would also suggest finding an attorney!

I've heard from people that have used every PMS mentioned here, and they thought Hospitable is the easiest for newbies.

So, I'm going to come at this from a completely different angle then everyone else, and maybe that is because I'm one of those co-hosts. Something that would be wonderful to have, is a network of trustworthy people that I can reach out to in the states we operate and hire someone for maybe one hour a day or every several days. Someone who can run over after the cleanings and make sure the property is in A+ order for the next guest. Or handle little tasks that come up that I would prefer not to make the cleaner take care of it.

That's a pretty big state to not find anything! Or is the problem due to high prices and interest rates?

Since software's were already brought up, I would suggest the following .... encourage people to definitely keep it simple, use software's that help you maximize your return, don't get caught up chasing after what others use or stack together, and don't spend outrageous amounts on software each month!

The biggest question that you may be realizing after everyone saying what they like :)..... what do YOU want. Then dive into that market and see if you could have a successful STR.

If you're really want a property along the emerald coast in the price range of $300k, look at the Gulf Shores condo complex in Destin or other complexes that are similar. You probably won't be able to purchase your dream beach front property, but you could start small and work your way up. Also check into Pace Morby's creative financing techniques, you could utilize some of those ideas to break into real estate.
