Make sure the company is leasing and is responsible for rent, yards, etc. I even let them take care of these devices.

I don’t know whether the evicted tenants have the right to get their issues back? But you can give them a time to get their things back. You can tell them if they don’t come on time, you have the right to deal with the issues.
