Winnebago Investor Network (WIN) Dinner Meetup

When: Monday, 11/06/2017 at 6:00PM

Where: SAM'S Ristorante, Pizzeria, & Banquet Hall located at 6075 E Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL 61114.

What: A simple dinner networking event with motivated local real estate investors that are taking action and making a difference. It is a casual place to meet, ask questions, share your investment tips, and encourage others with similar interest of building wealth with real estate.

Why: Two or more people actively engaged in the pursuit of a definite purpose with a positive mental attitude, constitute an unbeatable force. ~ Napoleon Hill

Agenda: Dinner and drinks can be ordered at the beginning of the meeting at your own cost. The basic agenda is as follows.

• 6:00 pm - Greetings & Introductions
• 6:15 pm - Order dinner - optional but Sam's would appreciate the patronage
• 6:30 pm - Group discussion
• 7:00 pm - Dinner and open for individual questions, experiences, tips, suggestions
• 8:00 pm - Break up for one on one networking

BP is a great place to learn and connect with other investors without the $197 initial fee.  I would suggest you check out the education section and the BP Path to Purchase.  Much of the content is geared toward rentals but if you are primarily interested in flipping you can search the site using the magnifying glass in the right hand corner.

If you are available on Monday, come out to the dinner meetup.  It is a great group of investors who like to support and encourage new investors.
