absolutely but I bought mine a few years ago triplex 700 ft.² each unit one bedroom one bath

Probably the best financial decision I’ve made

i’m not a property manager but I have helped out other investors in my area with yard maintenance photos of damages or coordinating repairs.  I live and work in Conroe and have several rentals if I can be of any help let me know

if you have any equity at all I would sell it.

The question to ask is....if you didn’t own the home, would you buy it as a rental with the same numbers you provided?

No.

Don’t be forced to keep your bad investment rental house. You don’t want that risk.

Besides, 1 vacant month will take out all your cash flow for the year

Very Good point @Michael Le

I would definitely take that advice and look again at your deal.

otherwise... just find someone else or several people who have used them

I have a triplex i’d sell. It was my first house hack
