The next meeting is July 25th from 7pm-9pm at the Ivy in Buckhead, upstairs there. It will always be the last wednesday of every month.

ATTENTION: This month will be the last meeting at 2 Ravinia Drive in Sandy Springs. 

New Location: The Ivy Buckhead, 3717 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)

Time: 7pm-9pm, the last wednesday of every month, beginning July 25th

Parking: FREE valet parking

Additional: 2 dedicated servers for food and alcohol. We have the entire upstairs of the restaurant, with the open sky deck dedicated to just us. Seating for 50+ and standing room for another 50+.

If I upload my transactions from my credit card and categorize it as business, do I ALSO need to upload a receipt for that transaction too? That would be quite annoying to have to do that if I've already imported the transaction automatically from my credit card since it's linked, but I don't know if the receipt is required or not..

I second what Ali said, she's 100% correct, I live here and most decent properties here are $500k

If any of you know a commercial broker that I can speak with who deals apartment complexes please let me know. I'm actively looking for one. 

Specifically, $1M-$2M price point. Looking anywhere within 30 mins of Atlanta, brick exterior, pitched roofs, stabilized 85%+ occupancy, B, B- or C+ area.

I'm about to rehab a 1,300 square foot 3/2 in East Atlanta, close to East Lake/Kirkwood. Need to replace the roof, all the windows, refinish the hardwood floors, redo electrical, full kitchen and 2 baths remodel, and repainting, and fixing up the porch/deck. I need a really good contractor for this project who does great work and has a strong team. Please reach out to me here on BP if you are, or if you know a good GC.
