Hello Dee,
Wow! Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate.
Some good stuff too, probably.
Glad you're here!
Hello Mike!
Let me add my words of welcome to the others'.
Glad you're here.
Well, here it is Nov 27 and still no ebook. :protest:
No word either. Nothing.
Maybe a scam, or email harvesting of some sort.
And...
Established investors come to this forum to openly
discuss these tactics, to network, and to talk deals.
We want to make this forum the premier
site for real estate investing professionals: loan
officers, cash investors, providers of commercial
lines of credit, bird doggers, wholesalers, real estate
agents and brokers.
Hello and welcome!
Let me be the first to extend my hand to you. And
to assure you that hangin' out on this forum is a
good way to begin to get network contacts in
Atlanta.

~$5k in cash is not much. You should have six months
of payments for any loan sitting in the bank in addition
to your rainy day savings.
Hello MoneyMan,
Welcome to the forum. Being an accountant should
help you in evaluating your deals. Keep reading
past posts on the forum and pretty soon you'll be
ready to take the plunge.

Well Brenda,
I think we are as happy to have you here as you are
to be here.
We really welcome mortgage professionals because
there are lots of people who visit here who need
their services badly.
Hope that you do well and prosper. Help us all to
learn from each other.
Monique,
Why would a lender become skeptical about this practice?
If a lender teams up with this wholesaler, he will bring them
deal after deal (which means loan after loan) all of which
are profitable to them.
I may be wrong, but I think you are missing one of the
steps in this process.
