Hello Stu,
Welcome to the forum. We're glad you're no longer
a lurker.
Hello Susan!
I would like to welcome you to our forum. We're glad

be happy and profitable.
[There! How was that for letting bygones be bygones! ]
My personal style would be to just call her. Tell her the
same story you just told us -- you were driving, noticed
the house, just finished redoing your own home, ready
for the next challenge, searched the records, found
her name, you would be honored if she would consider
selling the home to you so that you could get it
"market ready" and get a new family into it.
Notice I didn't say you would be honored if she sold you
the home, honored if she would consider selling you
the home.
There's no pressure and she will tell you her thinking. Then
you know what to do next. (Which is come right back here
and give us the scoop.)
When you speak of getting investors, keep in mind that
they don't want a percent interest -- like 9% -- they
will be part-owners with you and will want their share
of the profits.
Hello Bob,
Welcome to the forum! I must say that I've had a
good portion of my education come from BNU. It's
good that you took the initiative.

Plano is indeed beautiful. I really enjoy the quality of
life.
I can easily walk to the Collin Creek Mall. Does that
bring back memories?
I'm working three multi-million dollar deals. One in
California, one in Atlanta, and one in Illinois.
I work with Hedge Funds with very deep pockets. I'm
trying to place some $20MM to $50MM properties in
Dubai but no takers yet.
