Thanks for the friendly offer!

OK, gang...wanna talk to this nice developer?

JD53,

I've been working a deal with another rehabber/developer
in the North Chicago (Lincoln Park) area and would like to
chat with you about your need.

Can we talk? Pm me, or call me using the phone number
on my website.

Well Folks!

Michael has sent me a copy of the prospectus for this
project and it's a sweet, sweet project! 8)

I want to encourage you as you read this forum to
click on the pm (private Message) button if you see
a project talked about and you're curious. People
are real friendly and you learn about some really
cool 'happenings' out there.

I'm spreading the word amongst my contacts about
this project and so can you if you have investor
friends who can afford a minimum $25,000 and at
least 5 years for it to grow.

Please don't interpret anything I've just said as an offer
to sell or an invitation of an offer to buy these shares.
That offer can only be made by the prospectus. This investment
is risky and you can lose your entire investment.

Hello and Welcome!

An Investor! I'm surprised people haven't jumped all
over you by now.

Tell us more about the kinds of deals you are looking
to invest in, and what your time frame is for investing.

You'll also want to read these boards and pay special
attention to Ryan Webber from Amarillo and maybe
connect with him by phone because he has a very
active network of investors he wholesales to. Being
connected to him will put you "in the know" real quick
on a lot of things.

And get to know Chris Macone for people who agree
to take back their own paper but would really like to
sell it. If you do deals like that you can give them
Chris' name and he can sell their note for them.

Again, Welcome.
