Hi Steve!

We're really glad you found us and have decided to
join us.

Even as a student you can get into the game. Continue
to read and study this forum. Network with people.

At school, take courses that will help such as accounting 101
as an elective or business law 101 or contract law. Stuff
like that.

And then you can be a bird dog right from your dorm room.
Drive around your neighborhood and entire town and find
homes, put them under contract, and sell the contract (not
the home) to an investor.

Lots of stuff you can do.

Again...welcome.

Hello Femi,

And welcome to our forum. You should be able to
make lots of contacts here, and network with the
others who trade notes for a living.

You're a good resource to have. Again...welcome!

Hello Allen,

Welcome to the site. Everything is about houses these
days, so someone who has land for sale is a refreshing
change.

We're glad you're here.

Up at the top of the page is a link called "profile".

Click it and fill in information about yourself, especially
your location (which displays to the left of every
post you make, your phone and email, your website,
and then for the signature you're going to use a
bracketty style.

Here's mine...

And then start answering questions and jumping into discussions.

No, if I understand your question rightly, it means that
you won't be able to get bank financing.

The buyer of your contract will be able to.

Welcome to the forum!

Your excitement and sense of accomplishment are
palpable! We're glad to have you here to network
with us.

Hello and Welcome!

We're so glad you've found us and decided to join in
the conversation.

Since you have a company, and I'll assume, a webpage,
why not update your profile and add a signature block
so that people can easily contact you.

Let's get this store open for business!
